Kung Fu • Wushu • Tae Kwon Do

Since 1996 we have been teaching Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu classes to children and their families.

• Kung Fu (Kungfu, gong fu, gung fu) is the common name for all Chinese martial arts.  Our Kung Fu style (Northern Longfist) is as graceful as it is practical and powerful.

• Wushu is the Chinese word for all styles of Chinese martial arts. In recent years, modern Wushu has shifted its emphasis from combat to performance art and sport. It is practiced mainly for health, self-defense, discipline and recreation. Wushu is currently the most popular national sport in China and in 2008 will become an official Olympic sport.

• Tae Kwon Do (Taekwondo, Tae-Kwon-Do), often referred to as Korean Karate, is a martial art that was created in the late 1950’s.  Tae Kwon Do focuses on teaching powerful kicks and an indomitable spirit.

• Our children’s martial arts classes are challenging and fun, encouraging every child to strive to do their personal best.

• Each day a portion of our curriculum is dedicated to teaching your children the Life Skills they need to succeed.

Free pre-evaluation with Sifu Carlton Doup.

The pre-evaluation is a free service.

Pre-evaluations are conducted by appointment only with
Sifu Carlton Doup.

 It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to pre-assess each participant

The pre-evaluations are age-appropriate and are designed to target the participant’s skills and abilities in order to qualify for the group classes.

STEP 2:

Upon qualifying through the pre-evaluation you are invited to register for our 6-week trial program.

The trial program is only $99 & includes six weeks of classes, school uniform and student workbook.

The six week trial program is a great, low cost way to ensure that you and your child love
Kung Fu 4 Kids.

STEP 3:

After the 6-week trial program you are invited to become a member of Kung Fu 4 Kids.
