just with Kung Fu, but it has given me the motivation to keep going.
When I have a bad day and I need to have some fun, I can look forward
to class. It is so much fun and everyone there is so great.
Kung Fu has taught me respect, patience, and how and when
to have fun. Sparring is a great stress reliever to me. When
I get mad I don’t go off on people as much. Kung Fu
is always a great place to let myself go. I have a blast doing
